DC DOGS AND THE BIG HONKIN TO TEAM UP FOR SPEAKEASY SHORTS
SpeakeasyShorts is a new type of film competition — a collaboration between filmmakers and storytellers.
Filmmakers are given true life stories to use as inspiration for a short film to be shot over 5 days in November.
We have teamed up with the dudes from The Big Honkin, winners of the 2012 DC 48 HFP for this event! See their winning film here!
On November 15th, we will get our story and must have our film finished and turned in by November 20th.
Special screenings will take place on November 23rd, at the U.S. Navy Memorial’s Burke Theater at 7:30 and 9:30!

Trash Talk won an Audience Choice award.
